I was prepared (you saw me post this on time) for this Holiday and ready to get my hands on all of the new Toys and the new Pet, and then I just didn't have enough time to get as much done as I would have liked. I barely took the fight to Ahune, so none of those fancy ilvl 670 cloaks have my name on them, and no level ilvl 670 scythe, but it's okay. On the final day of the Holiday, I threw down and knocked out all of the bonfires on my Rogue and picked up the two new Toys.

Midsummer Fire Festival '15
The Midsummer Fire Festival starts on the real world date of the northern summer solstice. This year the events runs from June 21st through July 5th. Much like the Lunar Festival back in January, the Midsummer Fire Festival necessitates tons of travel time to get through all of the achievements, as you travel around the multiple continents to honor your faction's flags and desecrate those of the opposite faction. All the while gaining Burning Blossom, which is this holiday's currency.
The Burning Blossom also have a secondary function that I'd like to go over here before we get into anything else. If you use a Burning Blossom near a festival fire, all surrounding players will gain the Fire Festival Fury buff, which scales with your level. And if you happen upon a bonfire that's been desecrated and use a Burning Blossom on it, you will activate the zone-wide buff of Bonfire's Blessing, which scales by 10 per level.
The Midsummer Fire Festival also comes with a holiday boss; The Frost Lord, Ahune. Since we're now up to level 100, his loot tables have been adjusted accordingly, dropping 670 cloaks. He also has some other drops that we will get into later on when we get to the Ahune section of the guide. Until then, we're going to start with the holiday quests!
There are some bread crumb quests that will lead you to some festival camps outside of the capital cities, as well as bread crumbs that lead to the camps located inside the capitals. We'll start off with the quests located outside of the cities.
Completing all of the achievements listed below will net you the meta achievement: The Flame Warden/The Flame Keeper!

- The Master of Summer Lore/The Spinner of Summer Tales: The true bread crumb quest. All capital cities will have commoners who will send you on your way to the Fire Festival Camps outside of the capital cities. These quests are mostly for flavor to announce the beginning of the Festival, but you do get a Burning Blossom out of it.
- Incense for the Summer Scorchlings/Incense for the Summer Scorchlings: You will be given some Summer Incense and told to drop it off at the nearby Summer Scorchling. Be sure to stick around for a bit after turning it in and collecting your Burning Blossom, as there is a small little scene involving the Scorchling.
- Now that you're done with the quests at the Festival Camps outside of the city, it's time to speed on inside of the capital itself and head to the Festival Bonfire.
- Stormwind: To the left of Stormwind Stockades and past the cooking daily.
- Ironforge: At the entrance to the Hall of Explorers.
- Darnassus: Inside the Warrior's Terrace on the way inside from Teldrassil.
- Exodar: On the right side of the Crystal Halls.
- Orgrimmar: Up past the flight master on the Valley of Wisdom.
- Thunder Bluff: On the edge of the Spirit Rise, near the zeppelin dock.
- Undercity: Just inside the Ruins of Lordaeron.
- Silvermoon City: Inside the Court of the Sun, near the fountain before the Sunfury Spire.
- Torch Tossing/Torch Tossing: The Master Flame Eater of your respective faction will offer up this quest near the bonfire. You will need to use Practice Torches and throw them at the targeted brazier nearby. It is very simple and you don't always have to land the torch directly on the brazier, either, which makes it slightly easier for those with slower reaction times.
- More Torch Tossing/More Torch Tossing: Completing the initial quest opens up the daily. Rinse and repeat daily for x5 Burning Blossom.
- Torch Catching/Torch Catching: The Master Flame Eater of your respective faction will also offer up this quest. You will need to throw one of the Unlit Torches and follow it's shadow to toss it up again. This quest, and subsequent daily, can be very irritating due to other people, lag, or having some of your graphic settings on lower values, adjust according and even switch cities if necessary to complete. Knocking out this quest will open up its daily, as well as reward you with x5 Juggling Torch which will come in handy later.
- More Torch Catching/More Torch Catching: Just like with the tossing; rinse and repeat daily for x5 Burning Blossom.
With the little quests unlocked and those two dailies unlocked, it's time to complete and unlock the other daily, as well as delve into the holiday boss fight information. First off, since you're still in your capital city near the bonfire, I think it's time to mention the ribbon pole. At every bonfire, you will find the ribbon pole, which your character will twirl around. Doing so grants you the Ribbon Dance buff, which stacks every 3 seconds to a total of a 1 hour buff. This buff stacks with rested experience as well.
Now it's time to speak to the Earthen Ring Elder! (If you're tracking Low Level Quests, you'll see this bad boy, if you aren't tracking it.. Well.. Surprise?!)
Now it's time to speak to the Earthen Ring Elder! (If you're tracking Low Level Quests, you'll see this bad boy, if you aren't tracking it.. Well.. Surprise?!)
- Unusual Activity: Get your Totemic Beacon from the Elder and head out for Ashenvale. You're going to the Zoram Strand, in the very north-western corner of the Ashenvale map. Your mission is to kill Twilight Cultists until you get your hands on the Twilight Correspondence. With it in hand, use the Totemic Beacon to summon the Earthen Ring Guide, who will continue your quest.
- An Innocent Disguise: Use the given Orb of the Crawler to spy on Ice Caller Briatha and company, on the banks of the Zoram Strand, further along than where you killed cultists for the Twilight Correspondence.
- Inform the Elder: Head back to an Earthen Ring Elder at a capital city to complete the questline. There used to be a few more quests, but they were removed with the introduction of the LFD and queue system. Finishing this series of quests opens another set of dailies which all reward x10 Burning Blossom these will depend on your level, much like the Love is in the Air dailies:
- Striking Back: Available from level 22 through 31. You are to kill the Frostwave Lieutenant located in the Zoram Strand of Ashenvale.
- Striking Back: Available from level 32 through 42. You are to kill the Hailstone Lieutenant located at Ethel Rethor in Desolace.
- Striking Back: Available from level 43 through 50. You are to kill the Chillwind Lieutenant on the Water Elementals' Island in Northern Stranglethorn Vale.
- Striking Back: Available from level 51 through 59. You are to kill the Frigid Lieutenant in the cave beneath Firewatch Ridge in the Searing Gorge.
- Striking Back: Available from level 60 through 63. You are to kill the Glacial Lieutenant at the Twilight's Ruin in Silithus.
- Striking Back: Available from level 64 and up. You are to kill the Glacial Templar at the base of the Dark Portal in Hellfire Peninsula.
With all of those quests finished, it's time to throw down against the holiday boss; The Frost Lord Ahune. Before you we go any further, please note that you need to be level 100 to even access this boss. Blizzard has confirmed that all Holiday event bosses will be max level content only. You can either queue through the LFD UI by selecting Frost Lord Ahune in the drop-down menu option, or you can speak with any Earthen Ring Elder to be queued up as well. Making a trip out to the Slave Pens will not spawn the boss.
- Emerged Phase (Phase 1): When dealing with this stage (hopefully not too many times), you are not able to directly assault Ahune. You have to deal with his adds and dodge ice spikes. He spawns three separate adds each emerged phase, two of which constantly spawn.
- Lord Ahune
- Ahune's Shield: This cannot be broken through any means by the player.
- Cold Slap: When a player gets too close to Ahune, he will use this ability, launching them back away from him, dealing damage and fall damage. Stay off the ice and you should be fine. Amusingly, you will receive a Snowball in your bags every time you get hit by this ability.
- Ice Spear: Ahune casts this under the feet of a random player. If they don't move in time, they will get launched into the air and sustain fall damage, unless they move or prevent the damage through abilities.
- Ahunite Hailstone - Focus this add.
- Chilling Aura: This ability can cause upwards of 60% of the total damage done for the fight. These adds need to be focused immediately once the tank has aggro.
- Pulverize: As long as the tank has aggro, this ability should not be an issue.
- Ahunite Coldwave - Requires little attention.
- Bitter Blast: Let the tank get aggro to avoid taking damage from this, or simply burn them as soon as they spawn.
- Ahunite Frostwind - Requires little attention.
- Lightning Shield: Works the same way as a Shaman's own ability. Let the tank take the hits to avoid taking extra damage, or burn it down as soon as it spawns.
- Wind Buffet: One of the most annoying spells in existence for anyone with a cast bar.
- Core Phase (Phase 2)
- Frozen Core - Ahune submerges into this state.
- Ahune's Shield fades, Cold Slap and Ice Spear are disabled, and there are no adds that spawn. Ignore the ones that are up, if there are any, when he submerges. Blow your cooldowns and burn him. If you don't strike him down in one attempt, he will re-emerge after 30 seconds and you will have to repeat Phase 1.
- Satchel of Chilled Goods - Only available on your first kill per day.
- x5-15 Burning Blossom
- Ice Chip: Teaches the Frigid Frostling battle pet.
- Frostscythe of Lord Ahune: One of the most badass unique models in the game. A must have for any class that can use staves, especially now due to transmogrification.
- Ice Chest (Loot Phase)
- x2 Huge Snowball
- x6 Lord of Frost's Private Label: Enjoy your Breath Freeze! Not the same as the one from the Brew of the Month club.
- The Frost Lord's War Cloak
- The Frost Lord's Battle Shroud
- Shroud of Winter's Chill
- Cloak of the Frigid Winds
- Icebound Cloak
- Formula: Enchant Weapon - Deathfrost
- Shards of Ahune: Only available if you'd never done the quest before in the past. This item starts a quest that leads you to the Tauren, Luma Skymother, just a few paces behind you.
- Shards of Ahune: You get to pick between one of the two available tabards.
- Tabard of Summer Skies
- Tabard of Summer Flames
- If you wish to acquire both tabards, there is a simple method in which to do so. Simply place the tabard of your choice into your Void Storage. Speak with a Tabard Vendor and select the opposite choice as the one you lost to have both.
- x20 Burning Blossom
Now that we've gone over the basic quests and tore apart Ahune and his minions, it's time to dig into the real meat of this holiday. Much like the Lunar Festival, the Midsummer Fire Festival requires quite a bit of traveling to make sure you get your hands on enough Burning Blossom to be able to purchase all the necessities to complete all of the achievements and get the vanity items. Your job is to traverse the Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, Northrend, the Outlands, and Pandaria to honor and desecrate the bonfires.
There are a total of 110 Bonfires to locate and collect and honor/desecrate. Please note that most of these are not in an order for fastest completion or ease of travel.

I put them on a hotkey and spam the button where I'm standing. It should be more than sufficient in netting you this achievement as long as you don't be slow about it.

Post-Noblegarden '15
Seeing as how nothing new or exciting was added to this holiday, outside of the new gold-giving eggs and a non-combat pet, I decided to just do enough to get by. I ran the event on a level 8 character I had off to the side and collected enough eggs to get the new pet and a couple of the bunny ears, because I could.

Noblegarden '15
I had done a ton of work on this guide and a week prior to the drop of this Event, I was excited about how much work I'd already done and knew it would be published and out before the Holiday launched. And then a week later, the Holiday was active and I was staring at an unfinished product. I have no excuses or reasons behind this, it just happened. Augh.. And then I just kind of let the will drain out of me on finishing it until now. Bleh.. WELL HERE YOU GO! At least it'll be finished for next year.
Of all the Holidays in need of a little something more, Noblegarden would be the one that is the most desperate. But I digress, I am still excited about all of the updates that Blizzard has been putting in towards the other Holidays that have been around longer and were severely lacking.
Just like all of the previous years, the main objective of this Holiday is the collection of the Brightly Colored Egg placed all around the starting areas. For the Alliance, that means Azure Watch, Dolanaar, Goldshire, and Kharanos For the Horde, that means Bloodhoof Village, Brill, Falconwing Square, and Razor Hill. Most of the towns have a small area where you can effectively camp out and have access to 4-5 eggs in a very small location.
Since so little has changed, we are again using the template from last year's event and just sprucing it up to be more accurate (and better written!) and maybe give a little bit better information and helpful tips. Cause we like tips 'round here!
Since the spawn points are going to be the same for the Brightly Colored Egg as they were in the years before, I will be spending my time in two locations: Goldshire behind the inn in the garden and/or in Dolanaar making "rounds". As suggested in previous incarnations of this guide, if you have terrible targeting skills, stick to camping. If you're good on the run, use the "rounds" method.
Just like all of the other Holidays available, this one also has it's own assortment of quests.

As suggested in previous incarnations of this guide, if you have terrible targeting skills, stick to camping. If you're good on the run, use the "rounds" method.
Just like all of the other Holidays available, this one also has it's own assortment of quests.
- Spring Collectors/Spring Gatherers: Head to any of the capital cities of your faction and speak with the commoner of your choice to gain access to this breadcrumb quest. Your destination as Alliance is to speak with a Spring Collector in Goldshire, Kharanos, Dolanaar, or Azure Watch. As Horde, you are looking for a Spring Gatherer in Razor Hill, Bloodhoof Village, Brill, or Falconwing Square.
- The Great Egg Hunt/The Great Egg Hunt: This is your only daily quest for this Holiday and honestly, it's not worth it to keep repeating, unless you're still working toward a collection goal. You need to collect Brightly Colored Shell Fragment from the Brightly Colored Egg. That simple. You need 20. You do get a Blossoming Branch from this, but you're probably going to get a ton more from just opening the eggs anyway.
- A Tisket, A Tasket, A Noblegarden Basket/A Tisket, A Tasket, A Noblegarden Basket: The Noblegarden Vendor, if you're Alliance, or the Noblegarden Merchant, if you're Horde, offer up this quest. You'll get a Borrowed Egg Basket to use in your quest to gather 10 Noblegarden Chocolate. Upon completing the quest, you get your own Egg Basket, that does the same thing. If you're doing the "rounds"-method I mentioned above, this item is a must-have.
- Noblegarden Egg - 5 Noblegarden Chocolate
- Blossoming Branch - 10 Noblegarden Chocolate
- White Tuxedo Shirt - 25 Noblegarden Chocolate
- Black Tuxedo Pants - 25 Noblegarden Chocolate
- Elegant Dress - 25 Noblegarden Chocolate
- Spring Flowers - 50 Noblegarden Chocolate
- Spring Robes - 50 Noblegarden Chocolate
- Spring Circlet - 50 Noblegarden Chocolate
- Black Spring Circlet - 50 Noblegarden Chocolate
- Pink Spring Circlet - 50 Noblegarden Chocolate
- Spring Rabbit's Foot - 100 Noblegarden Chocolate
- -NEW- Mystical Spring Bouquet - 100 Noblegarden Chocolate
- Tome of Polymorph: Rabbit - 100 Noblegarden Chocolate
- As with previous years, your Mage must be level 60 to purchase this tome.
- Swift Springstrider - 500 Noblegarden Chocolate
New additions to the vendors also include some additional eggs that you purchase for gold. These let you put down eggs that look just like the regular eggs, but you obtain gold currency in place of the Noblegarden Chocolate.
- Poorly-Painted Egg - 10s
- You have the worst luck, as the Poorly-Painted Egg only vendors for 9s.
- Intricately-Painted Egg - 10g
- You saw a shiny Intricately-Painted Egg? Have 9g!
- Magnificently-Painted Egg - 1000g
- Winner! The Magnificently-Painted Egg! 900g! Now, let's hope it wasn't yours.
Remember! Most of the items available from the vendor can, and more than likely will, show up inside of the Brightly Colored Egg while you are farming up the necessary amount of Noblegarden Chocolate to collect all of items available. So while, yes, you need over a thousand Noblegarden Chocolate to purchase everything, you aren't going to be purchasing everything by the end of your gathering. I can almost 100% guarantee that.
With all that egg hunting and chocolate scarfing, you're hungry for more to do! Complete the slew of achievements for this Holiday to grant yourself the title of 'the Noble' with the completion of the meta achievement: Noble Gardener.
- Blushing Bride : Don your Sunday Best and find yourself a partner Dressed for the Occasion and pucker up. The person wearing the dress does not get the achievement, but if you're worried about that, just trade items and do it all over again!
- Chocolate Lover/Chocoholic : Devour 25 Noblegarden Chocolate. Devour 100 Noblegarden Chocolate. Try not to choke. Try not to die. It's chocolate. BREATHE. OH GOD.
- Desert Rose : Slip into the Spring Robes and get ready to take a trip around Azeroth! When you use the Spring Robes, you plant a flower. Your goal here is to head over to a few deserts and plant some flowers. Hit up the Badlands on Eastern Kingdoms, then head over to Kalimdor. You need to hit up Desolace, Thousand Needles, Tanaris, and Silithus, which are all on the southern portion of Kalimdor. Don't rush those Kalimdor deserts, your Spring Robes cooldown is 1 minute.
- Hard Boiled : This one requires the company of a friend or a random passerby that just happens to have a Blossoming Branch. Either way, you need to head over to Un'Goro Crater and step into the Golakka Hot Springs while turned into a bunny and wait to lay an egg. You could also set your hearthstone to Marshal's Stand, get turned into a bunny in one of the towns, and then hearth and run there. If you get into combat though, the disguise fails and you have to start over. Find a friend, it'll be faster.
- I Found One! : So you noticed those eggs on the ground, eh? Picked one up, did ya?
- Noble Garden/Noble Garden : Partake in the fun! Place your very own Noblegarden Egg in Stormwind City, if you're Alliance, or Silvermoon City, if you're Horde. Don't forget to pick it back up once you've placed it, you might get something fancy back. Or just more Noblegarden Chocolate. Probably more Noblegarden Chocolate.
- Shake Your Bunny-Maker : Use the Spring Flowers you got from the vendor, or the eggs, and find yourself some level 18 honeys. You need to use the Spring Flowers on a female of every race that is level 18+ to gain credit for the achievement. Sadly, the Spring Flowers have a 5 minute cooldown, so don't try and go too fast.
- Spring Fling/Spring Fling : Use your Spring Rabbit's Foot companion pet and help the little guy/girl find love. Not the monogamist kind of love, though.
- Alliance: Goldshire outside Stormwind City, Kharanos in Dun Morogh, Dolanaar in Teldrassil, and Azure Watch on Azuremyst Isle.
- Horde: Razor Hill in Durotar, Bloodhoof Village in Mulgore, Brill in Tirisfal Glades, and Falconwing Square in Eversong Woods.
- Sunday's Finest : Crack open those Brightly Colored Egg until you've got yourself a hot sticky mess of White Tuxedo Shirt and Black Tuxedo Pants. To complete this, you actually have to get them out of the eggs, you can't purchase or trade for them to get the credit.
- Dressed for the Occasion : Don't stop with the suit, go for the Elegant Dress, too. To complete this, you actually have to get it out of the eggs, you can't purchase or trade for it to get the credit.
- Spring Rabbit - Critter, Rare, Breed 5, S/S
- Level 1: Scratch, Level 2: Adrenaline Rush, Level 4: Burrow, Level 10: Flurry, Level 15: Dodge, Level 20: Stampede
- Mystical Spring Bouquet - Non-Combat
When your down gorging yourself on Noblegarden Chocolate, maybe we can have a sit down for the follow-up.

Topping the Charts
Now, unlike the S.E.L.F.I.E. Camera, the Garrison Jukebox is originally acquired from a standard quest line to gather up five pieces of mechanical equipment necessary to build your machine within your Garrison. After that's completed, you can start heading to multiple locations to gather up additional "music rolls" to add to your musical selection. The Portable Audiophone will be acquired once you've gathered twenty total music rolls for your Jukebox. There are more than twenty and I will cover all of them here, so you can keep farming them up even after you've picked up your Toy.
First up, we need to unlock your new Garrison Jukebox. You need to have your Garrison upgrade to the third tier. If that's done, just outside of your Town Hall, you're going to find Fix "Smallie" Biggswrench/Drix Bassbolter. These gentlemen are the key to "dropping the bass," as it were. Grab their offering: Bringing the Bass / Bringing the Bass.
- Bass Blaster : Your destination is Nagrand, specifically the Ring of Blood area. The closest available flight path will be Joz's Rylaks or Rilzit's Holdfast if you've picked either of them up. Back near the back of the zone, near where Krud the Eviscerator spawns, you will come across a pair of Party Animal and the Bass Blaster. Grabbing the blaster will aggro the ogres, so take them out.
- Cord of Ancient Wood : You're going to be dropping in on the Lumbering Ancient up in Gorgrond. Since these spawn in a rather large area, you can drop in to Everbloom Wilds or straight to the Everbloom Overlook as your flight destinations and be within easy reach.
- S.P.R.K. Capacitor : Next stop is Talador. Fly down to Redemption Rise or to Fort Wrynn. Your targets here are going to be the Iron Shredder. Knock a few of them down and you should pick up your capacitor relatively quickly.
- Phonic Amplifier : Aim down for Akeeta's Hovel in the Spires of Arak for your next item. You're going to need to take the fight to the Stalwart Warden near the northern edge of Spires to pick up your amplifier. With it in hand, you've only got one last piece to go.
- Laz-Tron Disc Reader : You're going to have to take the furthest flight point in Spires of Arak, since you can't fly directly to Pinchwhistle Point. So Pinchwhistle Gearworks, or Southport for Alliance if you don't have the Gearworks. Mosey on down to the Point and head up the large building at the top of the hill where all the corrupted goblins are. You'll find your Laz-Tron Disc Reader on the second floor of the house.
- Head back to your Garrison and turn in your completed Jukebox to Unlock Garrison Jukebox and get your hands on a Stash of Dusty Music Rolls to start off your collection.
- Alliance
- Music Roll: Stormwind - Play Stormwind
- Music Roll: Ironforge - Play Ironforge
- Music Roll: Gnomeregan - Play Gnomeregan
- Music Roll: Night Song - Play Night Song
- Music Roll: Exodar - Play Exodar
- Music Roll: Curse of the Worgen - Play Curse of the Worgen
- Music Roll: Way of the Monk - Play Way of the Monk
- Horde
- Music Roll: Orgrimmar - Play Orgrimmar
- Music Roll: The Zandalari - Play The Zandalari
- Music Roll: Thunder Bluff - Play Thunder Bluff
- Music Roll: Undercity - Play Undercity
- Music Roll: Silvermoon - Play Silvermoon
- Music Roll: Rescue the Warchief - Play Rescue the Warchief
- Music Roll: Way of the Monk - Play Way of the Monk
With the completion of your Garrison Jukebox, you are already six songs into the twenty required to pick up your new Toy. From here on out, it's time for some traveling and (potentially lots of) farming. Some of these are going to be from standard vendors, a lot of them are going to be picked up from inside of raids and they are not 100% drop rates, so you might be making multiple trips out to certain locations.
Eastern Kingdoms - Starting from the most Southern spot and heading north.
- Music Roll: Angelic : The chest that drops in the Gurubashi Arena at every third hour interval is where you are going to find this particular music roll. Good luck, you are going to need it, as some people are also still farming for the trinket that comes from here as well. Double the motivation to be here at every Arena Treasure Chest drop.
- [H] Music Roll: Zul'Gurub Voodoo : This one is Horde specific. You need to head into Zul'Gurub, which is a level 85 Heroic dungeon. Kill the final boss, Jin'do the Godbreaker, for a chance at this music roll to be added to your collection.
- Music Roll: Karazhan Opera House : Make your way through Karazhan until you get to the Opera section. No matter what boss spawns, they all have a chance to drop this music roll. If you get The Big Bad Wolf, you also have the chance for one of the raid pets; Spiky Collar.
- Music Roll: Ghost : Head down into the Raven Hill Cemetery in Duskwood. Kill yourself, either from falling to your death, or from mobs in the area (if you want to wait that long). In the north-eastern side of the cemetery, you are going to come across the Forlorn Composer. Speak with him to gain this music roll.
- Music Roll: Legends of Azeroth : Head into the Cataclysm raid Blackwing Descent and navigate and fight your way to the very last boss. Nefarian is your target. Defeat him on any difficulty and he has the potential to drop this music roll. It's not 100%, so you might need to farm him on a weekly basis.
- [A] Music Roll: Tinkertown : This one is also Alliance specific. Take a trip down to Gnomeregan and collect some Grime-Encrusted Object from the various enemies. Once you've got quite a few, head down into the Clean Zone and use one of The Sparklematic 5200. Your goal is the Sparklematic-Wrapped Box, which is where you'll eventually find your music roll.
- [A] Music Roll: Cold Mountain : This one is Alliance specific. Make a stop while you're in Ironforge over at the Forlorn Cavern and try and fish this up in the small lake present there. You might even get lucky and fish up Old Ironjaw while you're trying to hook this music roll out of the water.
- Music Roll: Lament of the Highborne : This one is not faction specific, so Alliance is going to have to work hard for this one. You have to head inside Undercity to the very room that Lady Sylvanas Windrunner stands in. Once there, you're after the Sylvanas' Strongbox sitting on the floor behind the pillar to her right. Like all other chests, you can't be invulnerable or being attacked to be able to open it, but guards are on constant patrol. Might be best to find a group for this one, as doing it solo is a repetitious corpse run.
- Music Roll: Faerie Dragon : Off in the mountainous area in the west, south of the lake, there is a small glade at 17, 67 where you will see some fey darters. The dragons spawn roughly every 15 minutes and the event lasts for around 3 minutes, the Faerie Dragon Nest is available until the event is over, so don't hesitate to snatch it up.
- Music Roll: Shalandis Isle : Much like the roll in Undercity, this music roll is located inside the Temple of the Moon inside Darnassus, so Horde are going to have a harder time with this one. The High Priestess' Reliquary is up near where Tyrande Whisperwind stands, sitting on the wall up against the wall of the temple.
- Music Roll: Mountains : In the southern portion of Winterspring, there are some Elven ruins of old temples scattered throughout the mountainside. You're looking for some Frozen Supplies resting on the windowsill of one of these broken temples. It's located at 68, 73, or straight east of the caves.
- Music Roll: Magic : Down in Ashenvale, the Raynewood Retreat lost one of its sentinels. That sentinel lost her pouch. That's what you're looking for, a Lost Sentinel's Pouch. Exact coordinates are 56, 49, but just check into Raynewood Retreat if you don't have a coordinates addon, it's a small bag on the ground.
- [H] Music Roll: Mulgore Plains : This one is Horde specific. While visiting Thunder Bluff, drop in on the Spirit Rise and head down into the cave that leads to the Pool of Visions. While there, just do a little bit of fishing until you snag yourself this music roll.
- Music Roll: The Shattering : Drop in on the Caverns of Time, because we're going dragon hunting! Head into the Dragon Soul raid, the final raid of the Cataclysm expansion. Defeat all of the bosses on your way to Deathwing. Defeating the mighty dragon has a chance for the music roll to appear in the Elementium Fragment.
- Music Roll: The Black Temple : This one is rather difficult to give exact coordinates for, simply because it's underground. Basically, head to the Warden's Cage in Shadowmoon Valley, near the path leading up the Black Temple. Once down inside, just follow the pathway through the jail until you end up in a jail cell where you will see the Warden's Scroll. That's your music roll. If you know where to found Maeiv, just head there.
- Music Roll: Burning Legion : After picking up the music roll at Warden's Cage, might as well slip on over to the Black Temple as well. You're going to have to clear all of the bosses anyway, so hope that you pick up some of the raid pets along the way; Leviathan Egg, Shard of Supremus, Fragment of Anger, Fragment of Desire, Fragment of Suffering, Sultry Grimoire. Once you make it to the end, defeat Illidan Stormrage for your chance at your music roll. And some legendary warglaives, but we aren't going to talk about that.
- Music Roll: Totems of the Grizzlemaw : Along the path from Ashwood Post to Aspen Grove Post, a rather jolly fellow by the name of Remington Brode is taking a stroll. He has quite a walk, as it takes ~45 minutes to get from one post to the other. He is your mark. Once you do find him, he asks you a couple questions. The correct responses are: "<Breathe deeply.>", "I'm looking for a song...", "A song about the wilderness.", "Yes, please!" or (2-1-3-2.)
- Music Roll: Wrath of the Lich King : With the changes to Naxxramas, this is nearly as bad as it once was. You only need to clear Sapphiron to gain access to Kel'Thuzad, who is the one that has a chance to drop this music roll. But, while you're in Naxxramas, why not knock a few pets off of your pet list? Gluth's Bone, Dusty Clutch of Eggs, and Blighted Spore all drop inside Naxxramas.
- Music Roll: Mountains of Thunder : To Storm Peaks is where we head next. We're making a stop at the Halls of Lightning! Another final-boss of a dungeon drop, so make your way through the Halls until you meet up with Loken. For farming purposes, this can drop on normal, so if your unlucky, you don't have to wait a day to run it again on Heroic.
- Music Roll: The Argent Tournament : Slide on over to Icecrown and stop in at the Argent Tournament. This one can be bought, literally, from any quartermaster. As long as you've unlocked their wares. It only costs 25 Champion's Seal. Pretty easy, right? The next one isn't.
- Music Roll: Invincible : Hail to the king, baby. We're heading to the Icecrown Citadel. The final raid of the Wrath of the Lich King expansion. The Lich King himself drops this music roll, and yes, you still have to clear the rest of the raid to gain access to the Frozen Throne. Luckily for non-heals, the Valithria Dreamwalker encounter can be skipped.
- Music Roll: Song of Liu Lang : You're going to need to know how to fly on Pandaria to be able to snag this one. You need to head up to the top of the Mogu'shan Palace and speak with The Lorewalkers Quartermaster Tan Shin Tiao. She sells this music roll for 100g. Remember, you need to be Revered with The Lorewalkers to unlock it.
- Music Roll: Heart of Pandaria : This one is just a hop and a skip from the Mogu'shan Palace, inside the Terrace of Endless Spring. You need to vanquish the first three bosses to be able to get to the Sha of Fear, who is the holder o this particular roll. You might need a group of friends for this one, personal class depending.
- [A] Music Roll: High Seas : This one is Alliance specific and the opposite to the War March. You need to head into the Krasarang Wilds and stop in at Lion's Landing. Proveditor Grantly has a hold of this roll and he's willing to part with it for 500 Domination Point Commission. Get to slaying the Horde in the nearby area if you don't have enough. If you're max level, the farm should be easy enough.
- [H] Music Roll: War March : This one is Horde specific and the opposite to the High Seas. You need to head into the Krasarang Wilds and stop in at Domination Point. Ongrom Black Tooth has a hold of this roll and he's willing to part with it for 500 Lion's Landing Commission. Get to slaying the Alliance in the nearby area if you don't have enough. If you're max level, the farm should be easy enough.
- Music Roll: A Siege of Worlds : This one is definitely going to require a group of friends, at least for now. You need to head into the Blackrock Foundry on Draenor. You need to put the hurt on the Blackrock Warlord himself, Blackhand. Though the current data for loot tables shows it having only dropped on LFR and Heroic, it should drop on all difficulties like all of the other rolls from raid bosses.
- Music Roll: Darkmoon Carousel : Head on down to your friendly neighborhood Darkmoon Island during the week that its available, in any month, ever. Scrounge around for your stash of Darkmoon Prize Ticket, you're going to need 90. Find Chester down the lane just before the petting zoo, and pick up yourself a music roll.
- Ten Hit Tunes/Ten Hit Tunes : Finishing the quest to even obtain the Garrison Jukebox nets you seven rolls right off the bat. You just need to put in a little effort to grab three, any three, and this achievement is yours.
- Azeroth's Top Twenty/Azeroth's Top Twenty : If you followed the guide I put together for you, this shouldn't take very long. RNG being merciful, of course. Just keep at it and you'll get your twenty in no time! By completing this one, you do get your Portable Audiophone, so congratulations!

The S.E.L.F.I.E. Files
With the release of Patch 6.1, Blizzard also released a variety of new toys. This particular post is dedicated to a single item (and it's Toy equivalent) in pursuit of an achievement that requires the use of one of the two items being used at each location.
We are, of course, talking about the newly implemented S.E.L.F.I.E. Camera and/or the S.E.L.F.I.E. Camera MkII. Once you've picked up the original from the garrison mission Field Photography, you can start taking those fantastic selfies, but if you're looking for FILTERS, you've gotta pick up another garrison mission, Lens Some Hands, to get your hands on the S.E.L.F.I.E. Lens Upgrade Kit to upgrade to the Toy form of the camera.
The Toy form comes with extra options to add filters to your shots! We're all Instagram in this bitch now! You've got the infamous Black and White Filter, the artistic Sketch Filter, and the always popular Death Filter.
With either camera in hand, it's time to start working toward turning yourself into a professional. The only way to make this happen? World-wide selfies at all of the hottest locations. Time to make you a Field Photographer.

There are 44 S.E.L.F.I.E.s, so I'm going to drop a break in the page here, so you can load it separately. These were all taken before I picked up the S.E.L.F.I.E. Lens Upgrade Kit, so.. #sorry #nofilter #selfie
